clarity around understanding what I wanted next in my career.
After several conversations and a few assessments, I made the
decision to pursue opportunities outside of my employer.

wanted to do in my career in HR and that’s to build an
operational function from the ground up while also owning the
technical system build. I now get to do just that and much
